Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed between Adhawx Solutions and the client.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Site or systems
Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material (spam)

5. Results & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue figures, as these depend on many external factors.

Any projections or forecasts shared in proposals are estimates only.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual Service Agreements. In general:

Services are billed as per the agreed package or retainer
Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
Refunds are subject to the terms of the applicable Service Agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adhawx Solutions shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity
Damages arising from third-party platform changes (Meta, Google, Instagram, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as per the terms in the signed Service Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site or services for users who violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warangal, Telangana.
